I was selling a property that was difficult to price and majorly difficult to find customers. Dan not only advised on the price accurately, he negotiated to help achieve the best outcome for me and the buyer. He remained professional and supportive throughout the process, found me around six interested people within about a month/six weeks. He worked hard for me and although it was probably one of his cheapest properties, he never fell short of working in partnership with me.
