Neel was always incredibly accommodating and understanding, and I was consistently treated with kindness and respect. Any repairs were handled promptly, often within days, and sometimes even on the same day. Communication was always clear, responsive and professional. Having had different landlords in the past, I truly consider myself fortunate to have come across Neel and his team. They provided me with not just a place to stay, but a safe and comfortable home, which meant a great deal to me as a single person. I will always be grateful for the care and support I received during my time there. I wish Neel, his family, and the entire team all the very best. Highly recommended.
