Wowowowow!!! After a successful viewing, my partner and I are still bowled over by Samuel and the team at We Let Properties, Manchester. Having dealt with so many other estate agents recently, we were really run through the mill – One was 25 minutes late, one cancelled last minute, one even gave us the wrong address! Well, this is where We Let Properties left us in awe – They are WORLDS apart from the other estate agents in town. Samuel was EARLY to check the apartment was in acceptable condition, he was jovial, respectful, knowledgable, proficient; everything we could’ve hoped . Even scheduling the appointment was a breeze, thanks to Emma, who clearly outlined the procedure – She affably gave me directions to locate it, followed up in writing, and set my expectations next steps. The whole process was seriously professional & impressive. The one single area improvement, would be the referencing stage, as the form was a tad clunky – But this is done by Homelet, NOT We Let Properties, so that’s why We Let Properties get 55 stars because the entire service they’ve provided has been nothing but a joy. They’ve really taken the weight of our shoulders, by their speedy action & slick journey. Sam, Samuel and Emma are total credits to the company, and I don’t doubt their colleagues are equally amazing. I’m so glad we stumbled across them & would HIGHLY recommend We Let Properties, and, to be frank, I shan’t consider using any other estate agent in the future because they are TOP TIER. Finally, an estate agents changing the face of the property market & doing things RIGHT. Thank you again everything peeps, you’re fantastic!
