We can't thank the team from We Let Properties enough. From the moment we had the first call, we already felt at ease knowing our home would be in good hands as they helped us make it someone 's home. The service includes a valuation, a full marketing suite promo, conducting viewings and of course all the admin. What sets them apart is that they really want to find the best people as your tenants, which some competitors seemed not to understand. In a miraculous stroke, we got a few viewing booked hours after the listing and our first viewing converted to tenants because they were the perfect fit. Even that hadn't happened, I know they would have found us great tenants quickly. Extra special shout out to Wayne and Sam who worked together with us. Wayne has a brilliant team! Happy leaving our current home knowing it'll be in the best hands the foreseeable future by the We Let team. Highly recommended: professional, easy to work with, great communication and that extra care so you have peace of mind.
