This review relates to Curchods, New Haw and lead sales negotiator Townley Knott. The overall summary is a five star service and I would thoroughly recommend Curchods to others. I had a flat to sell which was in “tired” condition. The price suggested was realistic and the initial work to prepare a sales pack went very smoothly. However, before the flat went onto the market, I arranged a private sale. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no charge the work done, and took advantage of the offer to retain Townley’s services to manage the communications between sale and purchase solicitors and managing agents. It is just as well I did, as my purchase in particular was fraught with difficulties and delays. Townley’s efforts over an extended period of months were hugely appreciated and took a weight off my mind. The delays were still frustrating, but I knew that everything needed to move things forward was being done. Once again, an excellent service which was very much appreciated.
