They reel you in with what appears to be a good and friendly service then drop you like a ton of bricks. I did complete my sale but can't say I enjoyed the ride with Connels. They treat you like your stupid, I got an off hand female agent when I rang with questions and they often didn't bother calling back. I've been put off estate agents completely now. They don't care about you atal. And watch out your a woman on your own as they really try to pull the wool and can be pushy bullies. AVOID!

They need to check vendors situation at the start of the process, not expect the buyer to find it all out after forking out a lot of money and time.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
